Shipping policy
We work to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours when all products are available.
Processing times do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.
During promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard domestic shipping generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout for an additional fee.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available for eligible domestic U.S. orders of $75 or more.
Orders below the free-shipping threshold may be subject to the shipping charge displayed at checkout.
TRACKING
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.
Carrier tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
Once a shipping label has been created or an order has shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.
PO BOXES
We ship to eligible PO Box addresses.
Please make sure the address entered during checkout is complete and accurate.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
If tracking shows that a package is significantly delayed or has been returned to sender, please contact Customer Support.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us so we can review the available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply when a package needs to be shipped again.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available depending on the destination.
International delivery times can vary and may be longer than domestic delivery.
